How to Cut Rigid Plastic Pipe

Cutting rigid plastic pipe is fairly straightforward and can be done with various tools. Here are some methods and steps to follow:

Using a Pipe Cutter:

  1. Measure and Mark: Measure the length of pipe you need and mark the cutting point with a marker or pencil.

  2. Position the Pipe Cutter: Place the pipe cutter around the pipe, aligning the cutting blade with your mark.

  3. Tighten and Rotate: Tighten the cutter around the pipe and rotate it around the pipe, tightening further as you go. Continue until the pipe is cut through.
